In my experience, after my N8 updated to Nokia Belle, the Nokia Maps positioning is getting worse. It is not accurate and slow to find my position when I'm indoor. I had search a way that found in internet, change the server setting to supl.google.com, but seems not working.
While I'm inside a shopping mall, the Nokia Maps's position is far away from my actual position. In the same time, I opened Google Maps, it show accurate position in a seconds.

While I'm in my company's canteen at the ground floor, Nokia Maps is trying to search my position. It take very long time, but unsuccessful. In the same time, Google Maps just find my position in a seconds.

I'm a Foursquare's user, it depends on Nokia Maps to find my position. After my position is found, only allow me to check in. I cannot check in when I'm indoor while waiting it searching my position.
I'm not sure this is the Nokia's server issue or the firmware issue.
On the other hand, Nokia's Maps positioning is fast when you are at the outdoor.
