Kinta Riverfront at Ipoh

I went to Kinta Riverfront for three consecutive days. 1st day with my parent, 2nd day with my friends and 3rd day with my family. My parent told me that this riverfront project was launching by Datuk Michelle Yeoh. (News)

I think this place is another place for all yum cha's kaki. The price of Hazelnut White Coffee Ice just RM2.80, cheaper than Kopitiam if not wrong. The White Coffee Chocolate Mix also the same price, I like this. There also got some western food like chicken chop, sandwich, fries, spaghetti. No chinese food.

Next to the cafe, there is a developer's office. We can see the history of Ipoh over there.

Warcraft III - Tower Defence Flash Game

Flash Element TD is a nice small game. It is similar to the Warcraft III Tower Defence game. There are basic towers, elemental towers and combo towers. To make elemental towers, you need to have wood which you get after killing the boss, first one comes at level 9. It’s a fun game and you need to have Fire tower (Upgraded to max) to reach a good level because of their high splash damage.

The Day the Earth Stood Still

The Day the Earth Stood Still is a 2008 science fiction film, a remake of the 1951 film of the same name. Directed by Scott Derrickson and starring Keanu Reeves as Klaatu, the film updates Cold War themes like nuclear warfare to the more contemporary issue of man's environmental damage to the planet.

Overall: Boring...

I have some parts not very understand, like the beginning of the movie, what is the meaning of the mark on the hand of Klaatu. The USA is in trouble, where is the USA president.

The funny things is Keanu speak Chinese in the movie with a Chinese old guy. I can listen Keanu's Chinese well, but that old guy's Chinese I can't listen very clearly.

But on this movie, we can get a message, that is save the earth before it is too late. The god will punish us someday. And the people never changed until the last minute. In Chinese, we call it '人不见棺材，不流眼泪'. :p

Ready for PC Fair OT

Due to this week Ipoh will held Pikom PC Fair, I have to extend my training time from 9am to 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Sunday may be will be the same also. = =

My superior saying that this 3 days will be very very busy. My role on these days is to take out the laptops from the stock according to the service order. Then request the technicians show demo to the customers. My company stock in many Dell's laptops and will be hard sell them in this PC Fair.

Haiz... This PC Fair I can't go buy cheap items lo...

1st Day of Training

I wear a formal clothing to attend my first day of the industrial training. My working time is from 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday is half day. My friends please find me eat lunch if feel free.

In the morning, we have a briefing about the company's background, regulations and others in a meeting room. After that, we have given a short quiz on the briefing just now. That's quite boring... OMG, this week got PC Fair, they say this week will be tough for us. = =

After lunch, I have been sent to my department, technical department. The head of that department put me to the warranty section. Then, the superior told me about the job flow. My job is doing the documentary part like collect the warranty items, sent the warranty items to factory and others. There are many things that I have to remember like the factory code and using the software to check items.

I think I have to do the same things everyday. Hope I won't so fast get boring. Haha. Then I have to write a report everyday to record what I'm doing at the company. Don't know how to write... Haiz...
