Badminton Live in Stadium

Since the day I started to play badminton, I would like to watch a badminton game live in the stadium. Last Sunday, I got the chance. Thanks to my sister who accompanied me. It was a man single final between World Number One Datuk Lee Chong Wei and Haifz Hashim in Perak Open. The ticket was sold out, I thought can't enter the stadium, but I saw many people walk in without ticket. So we just walk in. The stadium was full, we stand aside to watch the game.

Datuk Lee beat Hafiz in two straight game 21-15 21-13. While waiting to  receive the prize on the podium, there was many people want to take photo with Datuk Lee.

Then he have an interview with the press media, and left the stadium with BMW X6.

 

Paintball Competition

Yesterday, the day before M'sia Independent's Day, my friends (Chong Kai, Teck Seong, Tze Chee, Wei Ee) and I, totally 5 person joined a paintball competition at Dataran Merdeka in Malacca.

We were be there at 6pm to register. Then, we went to eat at McD nearby. After that, we returned to the Dataran Merdeka to get ready, but the paintball field was not yet be setting up. We were waiting at there until 9pm, the organizer just started to give a short briefing.

There were 47 team in this competition and then devided into small groups which 3 teams each. The winner of each group will be qualify to the quater final. Thus, we had to match against 2 teams. We were the 17th match and one game take 5 minutes, so we had to wait again for another 5x16=80 + 20(rest time) = 100minutes.

While waiting for our turn, we watch other teams how to play and discuss what strategy we used in the game. Finally,our game came. We wear a mask and take a gun and enter to the field. The war was start! Fire! Cover me! Go Go Go! I get shot... out (Thanks to the refree who disturbing me) :( In the end, we were lose. After that, 12am was coming and counting the time with other people at Dataran Merdeka. Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka!

We went to McD again to eat for the supper. Then, the second game was start. This time I din get shot. All my friends get shot and left me to defend. The opponent team also left 1 member. Oh no... my gun had no bullet anymore. Just watch the guy took the flag and we lose again. We can't qualify to the quarter final and went back home around 2am midnight.

080808 Olympic in China

08/08/08 08:08pm - The whole world is looking at the China's Olympic Opening Ceremony. I also stay in front of my laptop to watch this historical and memorable live event with my friends. The bird's nest stadium is really beautiful. The ceremony begin with the giant footstep made by the fireworks towards to the stadium. The first session is introduction. The second session is the performance about the literature and art of China. The third session is the country's delegations enter the stadium. The sequence of the entry is according to the strokes of Chinese character. Malaysia is the 10th delegation march into the arena. Finally, the Olympic flame is lighted on the top of the stadium.

Manchester United - UEFA Champions League's champion

So excited the final of the UEFA Champions League between Manchester United and Chelsea in Moscow.

Christiano Ronaldo score a goal and Frank Lampard's goal in the first half bring the game into extra time. The match still level 1-1 after the extra time. Excited penalty kick to decide the champion. Cech palming the C.Ronaldo's penalty shot away. John Terry slipped and miss the penalty which bring Chelsea to the top of Europe. The Anelka's penalty is saved by the Edwin Van der Sar. Yo... Manchester United win!!!

Manchester United won the UEFA Champions League. Kings of Europe! Congratulation!!!
